Housing Sector

The Department of Housing, Planning, Community and Local Government are the sanctioning authority for the Social Housing PPP Programme with NDFA acting as financial advisor, procuring authority and project manager. NDFA also act as financial advisor to local authorities on their non PPP  housing projects.
