Schools PPP Bundle 4 comprises four replacement post-primary schools that were delivered on programme and budget and the 25 year services period is now underway at each school.

Following the receipt of Tenders from each of the shortlisted consortia on 2 April 2014, BAM PPP PGGM was selected as the preferred tenderer for Schools PPP Bundle 4 on 8 July 2014.
On 22 December 2014, the NDFA, in its capacity as procuring agent on behalf of the Department of Education and Skills, awarded the contract to BAM PPP PGGM.
All of the schools are now in the 25 year service and maintenance period and NDFA continues to provide ongoing contract management services for the project under the arrangements detailed here.
