Eamonn was appointed as Deputy Director, Head of Financial Advisory in 2025 and is responsible for leading the provision of financial advice to Government Departments and Agencies on PPPs and traditionally procured public infrastructure projects. Prior to joining the NTMA in 2016, he worked with EY in Dublin and London, specialising in corporate finance and business valuations. Eamonn is a chartered accountant and is a graduate of University College Dublin, with a BSc in Economics & Finance and an MSc in Quantitative Finance.
