Background
Dublin City Council (DCC) recently announced the launch of a new programme to progress the construction of approximately 4,000 new homes on c. 30 sites across Dublin over the next four years.
The programme will see Dublin City Council, supported by the NDFA, advance a range of council-owned housing sites, primarily through a Design & Build (D&B) delivery model.
A Prior Information Notice (PIN) for the programme was published on 4 March 2026, with further procurement details to be released in due course through eTenders.
