The Social Housing Public Private Partnership (PPP) Programme is designed to deliver:
The Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage is the approving authority for the programme with the NDFA as financial advisor, procuring authority and project manager.
The first and second bundles of the programme are currently in the construction phase.
Bundle 1 will provide 534 homes across 6 sites. Further details can be found here.
Bundle 2 will provide 465 homes across 8 sites. Further details can be found here.
Dublin City Council is acting as lead local authority for the third bundle of the Social Housing PPP Programme.

Advisors have been appointed to the Project Team as shown above. A number of these were procured through a multi-party framework programme (details available here).
Design development for the project is underway and the statutory consent process is expected to commence in Q3 2021.
