The Social Housing Public Private Partnership (PPP) Programme is designed to deliver:
The Department of Housing, Planning and Local Government is the approving authority for the programme with the NDFA as financial advisor, procuring authority and project manager.
The first and second bundles of the programme are currently in the construction phase.
Bundle 1 will provide 534 homes across 6 sites. Further details can be found here.
Bundle 2 will provide 465 homes across 8 sites. Further details can be found here.
Dublin City Council is acting as lead local authority for the third bundle of the Social Housing PPP Programme.

Initial planning for the procurement of advisory services for the project has commenced.
It is intended to utilise a multi-party framework which was established for the programme for a number of the required advisory services. Details of the firms appointed to the framework are available here.
It is anticipated that the required advisors will be appointed in Q3 2020.
